SHIPPING
- Instruments ship directly from Novo Guitars via UPS. Once payment is submitted, instruments will ship in 2-3 business days.
- The customer is responsible for all applicable costs including insurance, taxes, customs and bank transfer fees. All guitars are insured and declared for their full value.
- Shipping within the continental US is $90. Within the US, instruments ship via UPS Ground.
- International shipping rates will be calculated at the time of shipping.
RETURN POLICY
- All international sales are final
- The customer has a 48 hour approval upon receipt
- No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization
- Contact sales@novoguitars.com for a Return Authorization Number
- Once receiving a Return Authorization Number, the customer has 7 days to ship the instrument to Novo
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- Returned instruments must be in original condition
- Upon receipt, the instrument will be inspected by a Novo tech to assess it’s condition
- The customer will pay for any necessary repairs
- A refund for any reason will be processed less a 10% restocking fee, plus all handling and freight charges
