SHIPPING

Instruments ship directly from Novo Guitars via UPS. Once payment is submitted, instruments will ship in 2-3 business days.
The customer is responsible for all applicable costs including insurance, taxes, customs and bank transfer fees. All guitars are insured and declared for their full value.
Shipping within the continental US is $90. Within the US, instruments ship via UPS Ground.
International shipping rates will be calculated at the time of shipping.

RETURN POLICY

All international sales are final
The customer has a 48 hour approval upon receipt
No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization
Contact sales@novoguitars.com for a Return Authorization Number
Once receiving a Return Authorization Number, the customer has 7 days to ship the instrument to Novo
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
Returned instruments must be in original condition
Upon receipt, the instrument will be inspected by a Novo tech to assess its condition
The customer will pay for any necessary repairs
A refund for any reason will be processed less a 10% restocking fee, plus all handling and freight charges
