SHIPPING

  • Instruments ship directly from Novo Guitars via UPS. Once payment is submitted, instruments will ship in 2-3 business days.
  • The customer is responsible for all applicable costs including insurance, taxes, customs and bank transfer fees. All guitars are insured and declared for their full value.
  • Shipping within the continental US is $90. Within the US, instruments ship via UPS Ground.
  • International shipping rates will be calculated at the time of shipping. 


RETURN POLICY

  • All international sales are final
  • The customer has a 48 hour approval upon receipt
  • No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization
  • Contact sales@novoguitars.com for a Return Authorization Number
  • Once receiving a Return Authorization Number, the customer has 7 days to ship the instrument to Novo 
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Returned instruments must be in original condition
  • Upon receipt, the instrument will be inspected by a Novo tech to assess its condition
  • The customer will pay for any necessary repairs
  • A refund for any reason will be processed less a 10% restocking fee, plus all handling and freight charges
